In 2009 it will be five years since the Government launched it's white paper called 'Choosing Health' urging us all to lead healthier lifestyles. The first in this 4 part series looks at what Primary Care Trusts around the country are doing to help their communities live healthier lives, covering everything from nutrition and fitness to smoking cessation.
