The East Midlands Strategic Health Authority provides high quality stepped care psychological therapies services that are easy to access, non-stigmatising and based in high quality accommodation. The well-trained multidisciplinary team offer a wide range of NICE compliant interventions aimed at people who have common mental health problems. This is a first wave site for the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme.
